Master of Science in Real Estate and Facilities Management

 Applicant must have a Bachelor Degree with Honours from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) or any other higher learning institution recognized by the Senate with cumulative grade points average (CGPA) of 2.75

Applicant with a bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields or equivalent not meeting the minimum CGPA (as listed above) can be accepted subjected to the *minimum working experience in the relevant field. *ONE (1) year working experience equivalence to 0.1 CPA

Applicant with a bachelor’s degree in the field or related fields or equivalent not meeting the minimum CGPA without any relevant working experience must undergo and pass (with a minimum of grade B) appropriate *enhancement courses determined by the faculty and meet the minimum CGPA of 2.75. *ONE (1) enhancement courses equivalence to 0.1 CPA
