MEMENUHI SYARAT AM DAN SYARAT KHAS UNIVERSITI
Lepasan SPM perlu mendapat sekurang-kurangnya:
- Kepujian gred (C) dalam mana-mana TIGA (3) mata pelajaran di peringkat SPM tidak termasuk mata pelajaran berikut:
- Bahasa Melayu
- Sejarah
dan
- Lulus (Gred E) dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggeris di peringkat SPM
ATAU
Lulus APEL A Tahap 4
dan
Calon TIDAK buta warna dan mempunyai ketidakupayaan anggota yang menyukarkan kerja amali.
dan
Lulus temuduga ATAU ujian ATAU sebarang penilaian yang ditentukan oleh pihak universiti.
