About This Programme

The Bachelor of Science Industrial Chemistry with Honours programme aims to produce graduates who are competent and tauhidic attitude by training and a holistic multidisciplinary program to meet current market needs and be able to compete globally. This effort is realized with the energy deployment and the optimization of expertise.

Course Aims

The Bachelor of Science Industrial Chemistry with Honours prepares graduates to be:

  • Competent and innovative in providing sustainable
    solutions to fulfill the needs of industry in chemistry.

  • Continuously self-updating and contributing knowledge
    to the betterment of community, society and nation.

  • Key member in any organisation with high consideration to the environment and ethics.

Entry Requirement

Obtained at least Gred C (2.00) at STPM level for these subjects: 

  • Chemistry and
  • Mathematics T/ Biology / Physics

OR

Obtained at least Gred C (2.00) at Matriculation level for these subjects:

  • Chemistry/ Engineering Chemistry and
  • Mathematics / Biology / Physics / Computer Science

OR

Obtained Diploma Degree with honours (minimum CPA of 2.50 ) from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia or any other Institutions of Higher Learning recognised by the University Senate. 

AND

The candidate is NOT color blind and does NOT have a limb disability that makes practical work difficult.
