About This Programme

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is closely related to smart manufacturing, realization of the digital transformation of the field, delivering real-time decision making, enhanced productivity, flexibility and agility. Therefore, companies nowadays need the application of industrial automation technologies such as robotics, process control, computers and factory automation in line with the current needs in the industry. As can be seen today, many companies are starting to implement remote factory assess and automation processes to sustain their business during a pandemic. As such, this programme is designed to help graduates develop adequate knowledge and good skills associated with many areas of industrial automation.

Course Aims

The Bachelor of Electronic Engineering Technology (Industrial Automation) with Honours programme prepares graduates to be:

  • Practice with fundamental and current knowledge in Electronic Engineering Technology in line with industrial development specializing in Industrial Automation.
